I used to be a bench nut. Prior to competing in Bodybuilding I used to hit all the local Bench Competitions. There was a time (when both shoulders worked) that I hit 550 raw on the bench and could do 405 for 10 at the end of a workout. That time has come and gone, but every once in a great while you have one of "Those Days" that everything just feels light. I train alone no spotter and was hitting it for 15-16 incline up until 2 weeks out from this past show.
