Its crazy to think that so many people don't understand basic nutrition that if you eat less than you burn you lose weight. Is this only an American thing or is it a world wide phenomenon that people dont know this? I've came across so many people who say they are on a diet but can't give me a number on how many calories they ate. Even people here have said that of your on tren you can eat as much clean food as you want and stay lean, they maybe have a very low standard for lean or I need some of that super Tren that burns though fat.
