How much Nolvadex to minimize gyno?

I am using the Kaotik Tamoxifen. I can tell my nip are more puffy than they "should" be. I have been taking 50mg every morning for 2 weeks now and I don't see a change? Any ideas?

Try taking your nolva 2x per day. Once in the am...and the 2nd dose right before bedtime. I think this will be more beneficial for you. If you are still having problems with gyno, you will probably need to add arimidex or aromosin every other day. HOpe this helps...Mental1

My personal experience was that the liquid nolvadex didn't work nearly as well as the tabs. I've not tried Kaotic's product, but the times I've tried the liquid, it's just not worked well.

With the tabs, 20 mgs twice each day should be plenty. The Arimidex and other aromatase inhibitors will reduce estrogen production, Nolvadex is more specific for breast tissue. Breast cancer patients often use both as Mental has suggested.

yup, yup, I agree. 40mgs tabs wipes itchy nips away.. works for me.

Femera is an inhibitor, and reportedly will even reduce existing gyno.
Id mix this with the nolv. Isnt 40mg alot? Id figure 10mg 2x ED (total 20mg) should do, especially with the femera.

Surpised nobody's suggested exemestane (Aromasin). I've had some on hand for exactly this same reason - if gyno rears its head (it has in the past, but not lately).

I thought that I paid through the nose for exemestane at $3.50 per 25mg tab.

I just did a search and typical price was 30 tabs for $150 but could only find pharms/sites that rqd a script. I did find a source in Europe for 1kg of powder at $16,000
