I'm sitting at about 195 or there about. I try to hit 400g daily but miss it here and there.
Chicken breast (we can get 10lb bags for $21). Throw it on the grill with a little lemon zest and pepper, I eat 3-4 a day. Sometimes I'll marinade them for overnight in various random things. Whatever I feel like throwing together really. Have to switch it up sometimes.
Egg/egg whites. Love my eggs!
Shakes. Sad, but I get probably 30-50% of my daily protein from my shakes. Some days I don't have the luxury to cook chicken breasts (I hate eating cold chicken, so no snacks at work).
Lean beef. Hamburgers, hamburger helper, goulash, chili, etc. You get the picture. Steaks too.
Turkey breast when I have the money. It's a treat.
I hate fish/shrimp so I never eat it. Just....something about it I don't like. Even sushi-grade tuna and swordfish, hate it.
