Posting this for a buddy in Iraq that has limited access to a computer.
He wants to know if he can use insulin (Humulin-R) while dieting to keep and grow muscle while loosing some bodyfat?
His schedual is pretty open allowing him to eat what he wants throughout the day , he weight trains in the evenings so I advised not to use the slin PWO if he is gonna be hitting the sack 3-4hrs later as their is a chance of getting hypo after he is asleep.
I know that alot of guys here shoot their slin in the AM and on days they don't train , I'm wondering what the benifits of this are , I've serched and have not found a deffinitive answer.
He is an experianced weight lifter for about 17yrs and has used ASS for about 10 of those , he is not wanting to stay on cycle year around but would like to try slin to help bridge with.
So is it possible to use slin to drop bodyfat and promote muscle growth
