I know a lot of us don't have time to make fresh meat and carbs every meal, and its best to get protien from meats opposed to powders, but look what I just found.
Hot Pockets has a new "lean pockets ultra" They have ham and cheese, turkey and cheese which are ok and they have meatballs and mozzarella which is amazing. Tastes just like pizza. Here is the best part. Here are the ingrediants
2 servings per box. Ingrediants for 1 serving(1 pocket)
Fat 6g
saturated 2g
trans 0g
Carbs 19g
Fiber 7g
sugar 4g
so really its only 12carbs per pocket

24grams per pocket.
This is awesome. So basically 2pockets is only 12g fat,24carbs and 48protien.
BTW, if you care about sodium its 570mg per pocket. Not bad either.
