I know a lot of us don't have time to make fresh meat and carbs every meal, and its best to get protien from meats opposed to powders, but look what I just found.
Hot Pockets has a new "lean pockets ultra" They have ham and cheese, turkey and cheese which are ok and they have meatballs and mozzarella which is amazing. Tastes just like pizza. Here is the best part. Here are the ingrediants
2 servings per box. Ingrediants for 1 serving(1 pocket)
Fat 6g
saturated 2g
trans 0g

Carbs 19g
Fiber 7g
sugar 4g
so really its only 12carbs per pocket

Here is the best part
Protien
24grams per pocket.
This is awesome. So basically 2pockets is only 12g fat,24carbs and 48protien.

BTW, if you care about sodium its 570mg per pocket. Not bad either.

i see it doesnt have trans fat but does the list of ingrediants say it has any hydrogenated oils in it? if not...awsome! and if so...well its still an awsome find! thanks fullybuilt!

I've tried the ham and cheese one and it's yummy, but I consider this a cheat for me.

The sodium is high but not too bad. About 1000mg for both. Thats still less than a bag of beef jerky or most frozen foods.

Yes, in the ingrediants, its says "partially hygenated palm kerenel oil"

I know LOL the funny thing is they only have about 1000mg sodium in both. When you look at most other frozen stuff that has over 40g protien in it, its usually the hungryman xxl's which have like 3000mg sodium.
