Well,i've hit a plataue on this cycle. Im currently on 750 test, 600eq, 100mg winny ed to eod and 6iu's Jino 6day per week. I've been on this for about 2months now and went from 215 to 240lbs. I also was on 100mg tren eod but that ended a few weeks ago. Anyway, I can't seem to pass the 240 mark. I will always stay between 237-240. Im 5'10" around %11-12b/f if that helps as well. Here is an example of my daily routine with food, so maybe some of you have ideas.
Wake up, shoot 2iu's eat breakfast
100carbs(cereal) 70g whey shake, 1.5tbsp flax oil
Then 2hrs later i'll train. Post workout is 2iu's GH
100g carbs(50g dextrose 50g maltodex and 70g whey)
Then 2hrs later Meal 3
around 80carbs, 60g protien(chicken or steak) couple scoops guacamole
Then 3rhs later meal 4
70g whey 1tbsp flax oil
Then 2hrs later meal 5
same as meal 3
Then 2-3hrs later before bed
80g whey and a couple handfuls of mixed nuts.
