Well,i've hit a plataue on this cycle. Im currently on 750 test, 600eq, 100mg winny ed to eod and 6iu's Jino 6day per week. I've been on this for about 2months now and went from 215 to 240lbs. I also was on 100mg tren eod but that ended a few weeks ago. Anyway, I can't seem to pass the 240 mark. I will always stay between 237-240. Im 5'10" around %11-12b/f if that helps as well. Here is an example of my daily routine with food, so maybe some of you have ideas.

Wake up, shoot 2iu's eat breakfast
100carbs(cereal) 70g whey shake, 1.5tbsp flax oil

Then 2hrs later i'll train. Post workout is 2iu's GH
100g carbs(50g dextrose 50g maltodex and 70g whey)

Then 2hrs later Meal 3
around 80carbs, 60g protien(chicken or steak) couple scoops guacamole

Then 3rhs later meal 4
70g whey 1tbsp flax oil

Then 2hrs later meal 5
same as meal 3

Then 2-3hrs later before bed
80g whey and a couple handfuls of mixed nuts.

more calories. try olive oil
 
Try this

You said you have been on 2 months,does this mean you have been training without a break for the same amount of time if not longer?
If so,take an entire week off from the gym.Eat whatever you want,that diet is good,but its not a bulking diet in my eyes.Just get the calories in the week off.Im sure you know what I mean.You will recover from any possible overtraining and when you come back I can almost guarantee a 5 lb gain.

At that point I would just add one more carb meal.Meal 4 has no carbs,throw them in there.The last 2 I would leave the carbs out.
Also,if you have any experience with slin,have it post workout(humulog if you can get it) and that will definetly require more food for the next couple hours.You have to break past a plateau this way.
 
No,i've definatley take breaks. I've also been sick throughout most this cycle. So there were a few times where I had to take a week off or 3-4days off. I've actually been on 2.5months now that I think about it.
 
Looks like you have alot of shakes you eat probally around the same amount of calories I do I usually have 3-4 solid meals and 1-3 shakes depending if its training day or off day... but I think I am like 208 same height as you nothing special... Increase your calories bro you need it...
 
you missed the point

The idea is not to take off just when your sick.The best time to take off is when your feeling fine,2-2.5 months is about right.Trust me man,you will be primed to grow.
 
Good advice. Waiting to recover from a tough training cycle when you are totally fatigued means you are gonna take one step forward but you already took a few steps back. Experience really helps knowing when its time to take a break...and when you are really burnt out is just too late.
 
Poor immune system signs an overtrained bro every time IMHO... Eat, sleep, and grow.

Get a multivite and a B12 complex with a lot of B6 (200mg's/day or more). Good stress vitamin plus it improves your appetite, cholesterol, and liver function...
 
I take opti-men from optimum nutrion and I inject 1000mcg b-12 EOD. I don't take b6 though. Maybe i'll start 200mg ed. Its hard for me to get any more food/shakes than I do, but I can manage more fat from flax oils and olive oil. I'll just slam 2tbsp instead of 1 with my meals.
 
Eet more solid food. Aim for 6-8 good quality meals.
The shakes can never replace good quality food,
that's where the mass comes from...
When I started to eat more real food and less shakes I
growed again nicely.
