I always get approval from Big A before posting and he has never once told me that I couldn't post up on something that I asked him about so I am going to break the rule this time so that I don't again forget to post this. If this is not kosher with Big A or any of the mods I apologize and understand that it will be removed, asap.
I have seen alot of posts over the last year of guys that have blood panels that are attrocious. I mean no disrespect at all by saying this and I am only posting up because I can help. In fact, I help all the time.
For about the last 9 months or so I have started taking on clients in addition to contest prep/nutritional consulting simply to get their blood work under control as quickly as possible. Alot of these situations are guys that want to STAY ON AND KEEP USING AND MORE THAN A HANDFUL HAVE CONTINUED TO STAY ON FOR THE DURATION while bringing their bloodwork under control.
I get guys approaching me all of the time saying things like "I know that I have to get off the gear but I don't want to...." In most cases you don't have to. Would it be better to get off to get your blood panel under control. Hell yes. Is everyone going to want to come off? HELL NO. We all know of more than one guy that keeps denying that he has potential health problems and either doesn't get the blood work done or simply denies the results and down plays them every single time.
I am posting this up because I have seen alot of these posts and they seem to be increasing. You absolutely can get your blood work in check much quicker than most think and most can do it while still being "on". No, it probably won't be your usual suicide cycle but you can still be on and getting the results you need from the gear to satiate the ego.
Oh, and I have seen ALT 3 times higher than that and then seen it come down quickly after only a month. Alot factors into that read from working out to niacin dosing to orals to even whether you are dealing with the muscle "trauma" of an inject that day.
If anyone is interested in discussing your personal situation or you have questions, please feel free to contact me at:

There is no good reason to have poor blood work. Take the time and effort and put it into your health.
