Hey guys, I havent posted a whole lot lately cuz I have just been browsing and studying my ass as Ive been dieting for 18 weeks for 2 shows. Anyways, I did the Oregon State 2 weeks ago and did decent for my first time out of junior mens. I placed 5th of 16 in the novice hvys, which there was nothing novice about that class, as the top 4 won, or did well in the open too. I did for that show, a standard deplete, load on thursday protocol. 2 weeks later at the WA ST championship I decided to experiemnt and shit load. Well, I won my class and the overall novice hvy wt. I was dry as shit, weighed the same but appeared bigger, fuller and sharper. I will post pics when I get my photo cd. If you want me to lay out my exact manipulation, let me know, now back to bloating the shit outta myself.
 
How far out from the pre-judgeing did you start your shit load ??

What time did you stop your water ??

Shitloading works well for me too. I like to cut my water just before weigh-ins on friday evening and start Shitloading right after.

LOL... Wanna f*ck with people's heads? Walk into weigh-ins with a couple of Quarter Pounder's. :D

I was there watching the show in Portland. Let me tell you my main man FutureFreak looked great. That class was action packed to say the least.This cat named Mike Sodano took Future's class and the overall. His posing was off the chains and he had a old school type of physique. Then he did the open superheavies and won that too..I was like "this is not normal".

Future is the future, I don't know why he has not been nominated as a featured member.

Future are you doing anymore shows? I was thinking about doing the Northwest Championships, Mt. Tahoma High School, Tacoma, WA (National Qualifier). That will give my fat butt enough time to get right.

Wow, that was really nice and inspiring man. Thanks for those words. You should of came up and said whats up to me at that show. Did you go back to the night show? I managed to get the poser award? I was like " are you kidding me, I diet 16 weeks, get top 5, I practice my posing for 5 hrs and win this?" Anyways, back to the SL scheme.

Mon-Fri - Zero carbs, nada zilch. I did a heavy post w/o refeed on sunday and dropped to zero carbs from there out.
Mon- water (2 gal) Tues (same) Weds (2.5) Thurs (3 gal) and yes Friday I did outta the norm guys, I didnt taper but UPPED my water to 3.5 and ended it at 9:30 pm. I typically would cut it at 4-6pm w/maybe 3/4 gal...end results were flat as a damn pancake.
Cut sodium Thursday. And I was crazy and did depletion work friday super early as well. Starting saturday at midnight, popped 1/2 dyazide. 1 am popped 5 pump-techs. 3 am I felt dry as hell and began a DRY, HEAVY, Sodium free carb load. (didnt wanna re-introduce sodium just yet, wanted the dyazide to deplete sodium a little more since water cut off was late).
Began eating mass amounts of rice cakes w/cashew butter and sodium/gluten/wheat free breakfast bars. Put down like 200 grams right there and chilled out. 6 a.m. Sodium shit load w/cinnamon sugar pop tarts with salty cashew butter smothered over them and homemade candy cake w/peanut butter/maple frosting. Felt muscles very tight, and honestly could fill myself flex very well which indicated something was INSIDE MY MUSCLE BELLIES. 8:30 am 5 more pump-techs and 1/4 tab dyazide w/ snicker bite sized snacks and reeses. (didnt wanna be too bloated before pj) PJ was at 10:am , around 10 minutes b4 I had a vpx RTD pump drink and sipped around 2 oz with 1 oz of sangria wine w/salt, and pumped up. My buddy mike was helping me pump up and looked at me and in line w/fellow competitors and smiled with a thumbs up which made me feel like something was working.
Went out to PJ with veins all over my upper body and felt my muscles contract very well. Came off stage and the winner from my show 2 weeks ago asked me "what the hell I did in 2 weeks to look so different" and I just shrugged and said I manipulated a little different this time and I guess it worked. After PJ, ate a bacon dbl cheese burger w/curly fries at some hole in teh wall joint that was very tasty and napped for 45 mins and woke up just as full and hard. I will post pics when I get the cd for them. Any questions just let me know.

dang bro exactly what i did two years ago at the caveman classic, times are about the same, except it sounds like i ate a shitload more than you did, and i took insulin with my first shitload meal. great job bro! i ate heavy friday night and just snacked all the way to prejudging (little debbie brownies...yum yum).
 
I was the Head judge at this show and all I can say is Future was "Peeled". Whatever you did keep doing it my friend! Will you be competing in any more shows this year?

Sunday I filled out even more, perhaps lost some lines but full and vascular as hell and my glutes were drier. I will post those when I get them on my comp, in the mean time lets see how these look.
