Wow, that was really nice and inspiring man. Thanks for those words. You should of came up and said whats up to me at that show. Did you go back to the night show? I managed to get the poser award? I was like " are you kidding me, I diet 16 weeks, get top 5, I practice my posing for 5 hrs and win this?" Anyways, back to the SL scheme.
Mon-Fri - Zero carbs, nada zilch. I did a heavy post w/o refeed on sunday and dropped to zero carbs from there out.
Mon- water (2 gal) Tues (same) Weds (2.5) Thurs (3 gal) and yes Friday I did outta the norm guys, I didnt taper but UPPED my water to 3.5 and ended it at 9:30 pm. I typically would cut it at 4-6pm w/maybe 3/4 gal...end results were flat as a damn pancake.
Cut sodium Thursday. And I was crazy and did depletion work friday super early as well. Starting saturday at midnight, popped 1/2 dyazide. 1 am popped 5 pump-techs. 3 am I felt dry as hell and began a DRY, HEAVY, Sodium free carb load. (didnt wanna re-introduce sodium just yet, wanted the dyazide to deplete sodium a little more since water cut off was late).
Began eating mass amounts of rice cakes w/cashew butter and sodium/gluten/wheat free breakfast bars. Put down like 200 grams right there and chilled out. 6 a.m. Sodium shit load w/cinnamon sugar pop tarts with salty cashew butter smothered over them and homemade candy cake w/peanut butter/maple frosting. Felt muscles very tight, and honestly could fill myself flex very well which indicated something was INSIDE MY MUSCLE BELLIES. 8:30 am 5 more pump-techs and 1/4 tab dyazide w/ snicker bite sized snacks and reeses. (didnt wanna be too bloated before pj) PJ was at 10:am , around 10 minutes b4 I had a vpx RTD pump drink and sipped around 2 oz with 1 oz of sangria wine w/salt, and pumped up. My buddy mike was helping me pump up and looked at me and in line w/fellow competitors and smiled with a thumbs up which made me feel like something was working.
Went out to PJ with veins all over my upper body and felt my muscles contract very well. Came off stage and the winner from my show 2 weeks ago asked me "what the hell I did in 2 weeks to look so different" and I just shrugged and said I manipulated a little different this time and I guess it worked. After PJ, ate a bacon dbl cheese burger w/curly fries at some hole in teh wall joint that was very tasty and napped for 45 mins and woke up just as full and hard.
