I know I have read some good and bad reviews on this. But my problem is I want to get some protein in me first thing when I wake up.(30 min window) I have tried the cold powder and water or milk and all it does is cramp me up and give me the runs first thing in the AM. I have tried to warm up the milk a little and mix with powder and WHAM same thing. Now I get up about 6:30 and get to work at 8am. If I have the shake around 10am I am good. No problem. But I need to take something as soon as I am up and out of bed.
Can I get away with having one or two of these tube right next to my bed so when I get up I can chug them down quickly? Are they bad to use first thing in the AM? It's my last hope of getting something down the throat that won't cause me cramps or runs.
p.s. I always eat breakfast but it's around 8am when I get to work.
