What would you look like if you just used only these exercises but got your weights up to these poundages for say 6-8 reps?

Decline bench 450 for 6-8
undergrip bent row 450 for 6-8
dips with 200lbs for 6-8
squats 500 6-8
100lb dumbell curls for 6-8
stiff legs deadlifts 400 for 6-8
floor deadlifts 600 for 6-8
side raises 80lbs for 6-8

Could someone just use these exercises only and get as much muscle growth as their genetics will allow, I assume they would be huge?

Do you need any other exercises? If so why?
 
I like a little something for bi's and calves, otherwise that about sums things up.

Really though.......variety is a big part of what makes the gym interesting for me. I like spending 8 weeks on incline dumbbell, see how much i can increase it, and then switch to flats, and then to incline barbell......variety keeps me interested.

about as massive as their genetics allow.
 
hard to say

10 different people could do that routine with those poundages and reps and you would have 10 different physiques. the body weight could range from 200 to 300 lbs for that group as well. best bet is to do a variety of training methods from heavy to light and low rep to high rep and even a combination of heavy and light together.
 
i only

use these excercises, except for deadlifts. and i add chins for back.
and as far as how you would look? Well i can do some of these poundages;

- 42kg dumbell curls
- 220kg stiff legged deadlift
- 160kg bent over row
- 160-170kg bench
- dips with 80kg added
- side raises with 30kg dumbells
squats suck.....190kg * 5

but i do not look impressive :D. i dont use any AAS btw. So it can differ how you would look :)

i think dips with 80kg `(176lbs) is impressive!
 
To answer the question, you would most likely look like one strong dude. To move all those poundage would require not only strong muscles but damn strong tendons.
