What would you look like if you just used only these exercises but got your weights up to these poundages for say 6-8 reps?
Decline bench 450 for 6-8
undergrip bent row 450 for 6-8
dips with 200lbs for 6-8
squats 500 6-8
100lb dumbell curls for 6-8
stiff legs deadlifts 400 for 6-8
floor deadlifts 600 for 6-8
side raises 80lbs for 6-8
Could someone just use these exercises only and get as much muscle growth as their genetics will allow, I assume they would be huge?
