Stu, what type of things do you eat or do to aid in digestion when the food is high?
The same stuff. I'm really not a fan of variety with foods, I think too much will cause problems.with digestion. You want to basically get your digestive tract used to processing a shitload of meat and rice. I use metamucil, and occasionally will use some enzymes if food is crazy high
 
I do low volume, high intensity for the most part. do a bit more volume on arm training usually.

so like my current push day is:

lying lateral raise x3 sets
incline smith press x2
machine flat chest press x2
cable fly/pec deck x2-3
DB or Cable lateral raise x3
3 tricep exercises, 3 sets each.

used to have two push days similar to this, but I wanted to add in the full on arm day so I ditched the 2 push days

my pull day with the legs is probably one of the harder days I do

side grip lat pulldown x2
chest supported t-bar row x2
conventional deadlift x2
seated cable row x2
cable pullover x2-3
leg extensions x3
seated ham curl x2
occasionally will do adductors here too

no biceps on this day because I go arms 2 days later

will add in dropsets/intensifiers occasionally depending on how I'm feeling/recovering
How did your previous split looked like with 2 push days, i know you did say you run it for very long time?

Basically the same, except my current arm day used to be a second push day.

I like this idea, since my stomach can't handle orals that well anymore.
Ya I use it to maintain strength and fullness, I can push diet a bit deeper during the periods that I'm pulsing the anadrol. And it gives me a br almond course.

Uhhh I really like eating my mom's cooking. She's rly good at it and I always eat really well when I visit home.

The go-to is definitely sushi though. There's a couple of really good all you can eat sushi places here in Phoenix. I was hitting one of those on average once a week during prep this year and last year, the Asian lady running the place recognized me every time lol

Stu - in regards to your training - do you actively try to get stronger (beat the log book each session) or are your pondages somewhat fixed?
I have in the past. I'm not currently using a log book but I'm keeping track of things roughly in my head. But ya I'm usually actively trying to get my numbers up.

tried it for the first time last year. lasted 2 weeks on it. put on 10lbs of shit weight. was very full and very strong, but I felt fucking awful and no amount of AI would get my nipples to chill out.

pretty shit drug IMO. People rly like new sexy drugs like ment, they like reading the high anabolic/androgenic profiles on them and getting excited, and then they take a bunch and still look like shit.

Open pros have been doing the same crap for like 20 years now. Ment (or any other weird drugs) wasn't the secret sauce in the stack lol
