The same stuff. I'm really not a fan of variety with foods, I think too much will cause problems.with digestion. You want to basically get your digestive tract used to processing a shitload of meat and rice. I use metamucil, and occasionally will use some enzymes if food is crazy highStu, what type of things do you eat or do to aid in digestion when the food is high?
I use T4 year round with GH in the mix. Usually bump it up on prep. No T3.Did you use t3 or t4 during your prep or even your offseason or rebound phase?

When he sets up training for people, usually yes. He has a lot of volume. I run my own training though.@Beef_Stu_97 isnt Bleu a high sets guy ?

How did your previous split looked like with 2 push days, i know you did say you run it for very long time?I do low volume, high intensity for the most part. do a bit more volume on arm training usually.
so like my current push day is:
lying lateral raise x3 sets
incline smith press x2
machine flat chest press x2
cable fly/pec deck x2-3
DB or Cable lateral raise x3
3 tricep exercises, 3 sets each.
used to have two push days similar to this, but I wanted to add in the full on arm day so I ditched the 2 push days
my pull day with the legs is probably one of the harder days I do
side grip lat pulldown x2
chest supported t-bar row x2
conventional deadlift x2
seated cable row x2
cable pullover x2-3
leg extensions x3
seated ham curl x2
occasionally will do adductors here too
no biceps on this day because I go arms 2 days later
will add in dropsets/intensifiers occasionally depending on how I'm feeling/recovering

I have in the past. I'm not currently using a log book but I'm keeping track of things roughly in my head. pretty shit drug IMO. People rly like new sexy drugs like ment, they like reading the high anabolic/androgenic profiles on them and getting excited, and then they take a bunch and still look like shit.
Open pros have been doing the same crap for like 20 years now. Ment (or any other weird drugs) wasn't the secret sauce in the stack lol
