igf + insulin please help

what do you guys recommend as the best way to use insulin and igf? i was planning on running insulin 10 iu pwo and igf 30 mcg each side for a total of 60 also as pwo about 20 min after insulin. yes, no? i've used them before and weigh about 240 with many years of experience thanks for the help
