I've been a member for about two years, but I've mainly just been here to learn more.
Well here's the thing, I don't want seem like a name dropper, but I had a friend hook me up with Dexter J tonight. I planned to do another contest this year, actually Dexter's show here in Jax, Fl.
Well, I talked to Dexter tonight, he and his trainer Joe Mcneil going to help me out with my diet & the other things leading up to the contest. I'm doing a trade out with him.
Just being a member here has helped me alot, but this is so cool to have one on one help, from one of the best. I'm a nobody.

i know how you feel

milos sarcev allowed me to ask him any question under the sun for ten weeks every day for 45 minutes while he did cardio every day for his last contest he entered. I felt so special and was soooo enthusiastic it changed my life. enjoy it bro, cuz things move so fast what milos taught me then still holds true but new supplements and etc have been developed since then but that was the year my mind was opened and i learned so much it was ridiculous. i quote him to this day about the things he taught me. good luck and make the most of it. -STEELE

And for me, that's nothing, for what their guidance is worth. I think of all the mistakes I'm not going to have to make, learning the hard way. The thing is he offered more help than I could ever ask for. I just had a few questions, thinking he wouldn't be as eager to help as he is.

Joe is a fountain of knowledge and Dexter is one of the best because of him. Take advantage of all that they teach you. The Dexter Jackson Classic is great show as well.

Dexter offered to put me with his trainer, taking measurements and tell me what it was going to take to put me "in the best shape of my life". To me what ever happens it's more than I could expect. Once we get started I will let you know exactly what happens. I have no real expections of the extend of his help. Just putting me on the right track is more than enough.

He seemed to be more eager to help, than I expected. I hope for the best.
