I'm pretty bummed out guys. When I started the "sane first cycle?" thread i was going to begin after the gym that afternoon.
This had been planed for 7 months, I scheduled hardly any work ( I have a small contracting company ) which cost a fair bit of money with construction being as slow as it is now, but this is the only thing that was kind of a gift for me.
Anyway last Friday was legs and I haven't been able to do hack squats for 5 years because of a hurt disc in my lower back ( I don't know any more than that about it because I have no health insurance ) But Ive been feeling strong and my dumb ass locked in with a light weight and felt that unmistakable CRUNCH!
I knew the clock was ticking until I completely froze so I tried to casually walk out and made it to my emergency anti-inflammatory's from last year which I hate taking but saves calling paramedics and being back boarded to the hospital for whatever that course of pricey shots is.
This has happened only 3 times in the last 5 years and I can train around it.
its been 3 days now and i'm walking much better and feeling stronger. I plan to hit the gym for arms and chest today just need to be cautious.
My question is this, knowing how not to let this happen again and the fact that I may not get this scheduled time back; Should I begin my cycle this afternoon? I'm wondering if the Anti-inflammatory ( I may have to take it for the rest of the week but only if I have to). will interact with the Test. E.
Or would the Test. possibly help me recuperate?
Sorry about the rambling story, no one else to talk to about this and I dont want to worry my wife ( she knows about everything but the pain ).
