Insulin help needed!

I'm about to go on The Ultimate "No Fat Gain" Insulin Program. That Xcel. ons postet.

I have ben clean for 14 week.
Is It a good Idea to take 500mg testCyp a week + 50mg oxy a day
along with the Slin.
Or is it enough with just slin?


My goal is too gain muscle wihl losing fat. So I will also do some morning cardio on the non training days.
Will It be safe to take one of the slin shots right after cardio.
considering that I wil be on no carb??

Well if I were to do it yes I would add the AAS.

No I wouldn't take insulin after you do cardio.
1. because you are on no carbs (this can obviously cause problems)
2. Because your metabolism is raised long after you end cardio and if you take insulin right after you will stop this.
 
Slin

Definetly take Slin with gear. I've toyed with a few methods of takin slin and what works for me if I'm trying to lean up and still pack on some muscle is taking 10ius post work out. I down some simple carbs right away and then about an 1hour later I down a some complex carbs(love the yams) and I train 4x a week. Taking Slin ED even with Clen I wasnt dropin any fat and takin it 2x a week I was losing too fast. I still take clen and keep a clean diet and I'm doing minimal cardio and I'm leanin up and still packin on quality muscle. Good luck.
 
have u ever used slin before? which type will u be using? I have been looking for someone who has tried this but have not found any.
make sure u have bdyfat tested. and start a thread keeping us updated weekly with ur progress. alot of people are curious about this, but have never done it.
 
I have done slin befor, but only post workout
the slin used is actrapid.

Teat should be the base of every cycle no matter what you're trying to accomplish....Remember, TEST IS BEST......then Fina, MMMmmmm...Fina :D Take care.

You hear this over and over and over....and then the answer is (over and over)-to attempt to do both, you compromise the other.
Everyone wants it all NOW. Its best to pick one or the other, say bulk 26wks, cut 12wks. Or else you wont get much of either.

Ok then I will go for the muscle gain, but I won't tolerate any fat gain because I wil start cuting in 4 weeks...Have to look good for the summer.
I Know that 4 week is not long time to gain but I have not been in the gym for 12 weeks, so I expekt fast gains.

Do you think this diet is suitable for not gaining fat? or do i have to reduce the total calories?
My current weight is 222lbs at about 15% body fat.
