insulin use in the morning?

was wondering how productive insulin really is in the morning hours before a workout, if it really does anyhting much beside add on fat? know some guys that workout in the late afternoon might shoot slin 2x in the day before a workout, i know i dont really have the body fat percentage to be doing this method, but does it really help add on muscle, cuase it only really sends nutreints to muscles after a workout wright?

I would only use it PWO. I'm afraid if you do it before your workouts you may go into hypo.

not only that
you may also feel pretty sluggish and sleepy which is the last thing i want while working out
 
I have used insulin in a 2x per day, 3 days per week protocol, breakfast and PWO, with good results, but I must say I get better results with a high dose strictly PWO. You can take slin 4 hours pre workout and benefit from the additional strength and pumps, but I personally would not use it much closer than that because strenuous workouts will lower your blood sugar, and that would be a risk I am not willing to take.
