I'm relatively new to the site and am finding the knowledge here helpful. Just thought I would make an introduction and ask a question or two.
I'm a 40 year old male and I'm ready to do my first cycle since college. I've been lifting since high school but for the past year and a half, I have taken it a bit more seriously, which is why I'm considering taking the plunge. I'm 6'0, 195 lbs, at about 15% body fat (guess-timate). I've been researching various options and have used the search option here but at times it seems like information overload ?
I don't want to get flamed and I'm sure these questions have been asked numerous times but I'll ask anyway. I apologize in advance if this rubs people the wrong way, forgive me.
I'm thinking a test only cycle would suffice but I'm also thinking of adding some Mast into the equation.?? Make sense? My other questions being dosage and length of cycle? What would the masses suggest.
My diet will need tweaking but I'm pretty sure I can iron that out but I would be curious what others are doing or would advise me to do. I don't really have a set diet to provide but I eat well and as healthy as possible. Very little junk food, etc.
