Hello,

I'm relatively new to the site and am finding the knowledge here helpful. Just thought I would make an introduction and ask a question or two.

I'm a 40 year old male and I'm ready to do my first cycle since college. I've been lifting since high school but for the past year and a half, I have taken it a bit more seriously, which is why I'm considering taking the plunge. I'm 6'0, 195 lbs, at about 15% body fat (guess-timate). I've been researching various options and have used the search option here but at times it seems like information overload ?

I don't want to get flamed and I'm sure these questions have been asked numerous times but I'll ask anyway. I apologize in advance if this rubs people the wrong way, forgive me.

I'm thinking a test only cycle would suffice but I'm also thinking of adding some Mast into the equation.?? Make sense? My other questions being dosage and length of cycle? What would the masses suggest.

My diet will need tweaking but I'm pretty sure I can iron that out but I would be curious what others are doing or would advise me to do. I don't really have a set diet to provide but I eat well and as healthy as possible. Very little junk food, etc.

We cant desing a cycle for you ( length and doseage) because its against board rulesbut, look at some beginner cycles and propose one. at that point we can make the necessary changes.

the most important part is going to be diet. so you should propose that as well if you would like to get the most out of it.

Let me clarify somewhat. I'm thinking 400 to 500mg weekly of Test E and 300mg per week of Mast. The Mast is what I'm unsure of. Would 300mg per week be beneficial? Up the dosage or leave it out completely and ad say, deca?
