I was just curious on everyones thoughts
fasted cardio in the am
is best or should I say ideal for fat loss but
being in a fasted state over night even if you have a casien shake
your body still needs protein upon waking
so would having a shake really "screw" things up with regards to fat loss
in the morning because technically it wouldnt be fasted cardio.
