In the early 80's (yea, I've been around awhile so you younger guys may have a hard time understanding this) I, along with some gym buddies, would go the the doctor's office weekly for a shot of Deca (I'm in the US). He would periodically write a script for dbol (ciba, there has never been any dbol equal, well maybe old Reforvet) which I would fill at the local pharmacy. My insurance would pay for it. In the late 80's I had a pharmacist friend that would get me Syntex anadrol out of his pharmacy. Oh those were the days. Look how far things have regressed in 20+ years. Government has become so intrusive. What will it be like in the next 10 years. I am, by nature an optomistic person, but I can see a time soon that having 18+" arms with relatively low body fat as being "probable cause". "Hey, that guy looks pretty muscular, lets test him". Search his house, car, property. Question his wife and kids. If you think it couldn't come to this, you are dead wrong. At the rate government is growing, they are going to be up your ass every time you go to the gym. They are not going to leave us alone. GIVE ME YOUR OPINIONS.

this government cant afford shit. much less the amount of intelligence and people it would take to even put a dent in users.........

i pesonally think that the only way this government is going to get back to full strength, is going to be by legalizing marijuana, and prescribing more drugs. and many other things as well, but we will see.

I don't think its that bad. Now that the dictator Bush is out of office, things seem to be a bit better.

I hope you are right, but look at all the busts lately. An amount that would have been considered "personal use" was overlooked. Now, your ass is in deep dodo.

yes its truly amazing to see what a president that truly cares about his land can do....

I've read some pretty outlandish stuff on this board, about people claiming that virtually all our rights will be stripped in the near future, the internet will be shut down, it will be because of Obama, etc... And just some off the wall shit.. The stuff about gun laws getting tighter - well that may be true, but it's cuz of all the sick fucks out there pulling outrageous murder suicides, and shit like that..

But what you're mentioning here is also pretty off the wall.. No one is ever gonna have probable cause to be searched because they're big - no way, lol.. As was pointed out, I think in the next 50 years, they're gonna try something different with drug laws, cuz the "war on drugs" is a flat out failure, costs us billions a year for nothing, causes tons of crime and murders, and lines the pockets of drug dealers, smugglers, and some terrorists with billions of dollars also.. The government now realizes this, and knows it's not working, so I think they'll eventually try something like what they're doing in Amsterdam, where drugs are taxed and crime is low..

But Obama is not going to all of a sudden take our rights away - that shit is absolutely ridiculous.. He is the most liberal and progressive president we've ever had, and things are gonna move in the opposite direction, rather than the shit I read about on here.

i agree. obama seems to be the smartest president since i have been alive (so far). if anything the drug laws are going to loosen up. just have to give him time.

I didn't mean to imply that Obama or any other president would be directly responsible for anything. This is taking a life of it's own. I am a libertarian and would like to see the government, for the most part, out of our day to day lives. But since it is growing at the rate it is, that is not likely. 539,000 jobs cut in April. Government employment up 66,000.

WASHINGTON — Friday's better-than-expected employment report from the Labor Department gave another sign that the U.S. economy may be bottoming out, but the jump in the unemployment rate is a reminder for millions of Americans that the outlook for jobs will remain bleak for some time.

The pace of job losses eased in April, with employers shedding 539,000 jobs, bringing the total jobs lost since the recession began in December 2007 to more than 5.7 million. April's employment numbers were better than expected by most mainstream economic forecasters, who'd projected upward of 620,000 lost jobs.

Even as those numbers were seen as trending positive, they were offset by the uptick of the unemployment rate to 8.9 percent, the highest level since 1983, from 8.5 percent in March.

"The job market is bad, but as bad as expected, and headed in the right direction. Monthly job losses averaged 700,000 in the first quarter and appear on track to lose (an average of) 500,000 in the second quarter," said Mark Zandi, the chief economist for forecaster Moody's Economy.com. "There will be another 2.5 million in job losses and unemployment will peak at 10 percent by this time next year."

April's net job loss total actually was somewhat misleading: Private-sector employment actually fell by 611,000 jobs, but government hiring, which added 66,000 jobs, mostly for the upcoming census, offset some of them.

Na that part wasn't directed to you - but other posts I've seen on here in the past few months, specifically people accusing Obama of things like planning to strip our constitutional rights..

Thanks 617ricky. Fact is, in my opinion, Ron Paul was the only candidate that understands anything about Constitutional Rights.

Estimates are 40,000 for the census. Try the Census Bureau or Acorn. They will eventually be one and the same.

I really believe in the future things will get better, I think Obama is pretty smart and knows what really is going on...He has bigger fish to catch then us bodybuilders, and sport athlete's...I dont ever think that AAS will be legal to get, like drinking alcohol or smoke, but I personally think that it will get better and that they will focus on better things that really hurt people...But who knows what our goverment is really up to...Hell, half the people in the goverment dont know what is going on in the first place...Its a total mess in Washington...

temporary

my understanding is those census jobs are temporary lasting approximately one month.

jesus you guys are naive.

if you cant recognize that we are incrementally losing our rights through invasive regulation and taxation and that obama and bush are on the same damn team with the same damn agenda (bigger government) then i feel sorry for you and you should read ron pauls book.

i usually try my best to not ruffle any feathers on this board but fuck it, educate yourselves. government does not shrink on its own will, and if it doesnt shrink it grows, and if it grows it taxes and regulates. happens every time.

its discouraging to read people say things are better under obama...tell me how? and it has nothing to do with obama being a smart guy or a nice guy, he doesnt run shit, he is just the distraction for you to focus on just like the false political choice of republican or democrat...same agenda.
