This is what was working..
I was getting about 300 grams of protein per day mostly from whole foods. Only shake was 60gram whey after training, and 28 gram of casein before bed. Fats came from fish oil, and olive oil. My carbs i tryed to keep at or below 200. Now i dropped from 330 to about 290, while still adding lbm. But i have stalled out. My body does not want to lose any more fat. My weight has been hovering arount 295 for the last 4 weeks. It is driving me nuts. So i have decided to put my body in a very large calorie deficit for about 4 weeks and see what i get. I will still be getting at least 200 grams of protein, but little to no carbs except post work out. So i will be eating a shit load of tuna, and chicken breast, all with green salad, and keep my post work out shake and my before bed casien. When all is said and done i will be getting between 1250 to 1750 cals a day. I am gonna starve! So yes keeping carbs in is an option, but the fat loss will be very slow. My 40 pounds was over a 6 month period.
