Arsenic in chicken, and the FDA says it is OK to eat!
I read an article about arsenic being added to chicken feed to keep the birds from getting sick because they have 1000's of birds all couped together. This made me think about the cheap ass chicken breast i eat everyday 2-3 times a day. They are actually finding arsenic in the chicken meat. They say it is a small enough amount that it wont bother most people unless they are heavy chicken eaters!!!!
I could afford grass fed beef and free range chicken eggs because I dont eat that multiple times a day, but I am not sure I could afford to buy organic natural fed chicken breast. I spend a lot of money on the cheap breasts I currently buy. I would have to go from $2 a pound to $7 a pound to get the organic chicken!!!
Anyone else eat organic chicken?
The shitty part is the FDA still has not banned the use of the feed additive Roxarsone!
