Primo for dieting or bulking? If bulking it gives you lean gains(like var but stronger), with very few sides. It's also good for dieting because it spares muscle on a calorie restricted diet. However, IMO, tren does this just as well if not better but has some harsh sides.

I think he is saying less water retention!? but I wouldnt touch any AAS if I gained fat off it
