I've been doing this lately. Does this qualify as a meal replacement?
1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop whey isolate
5 grams fish fat (capsules)
So it's 38g protein, 15g carbs, 6 grams fat, all good fat. Adjust quantity depending on how big you are/what your caloric needs are of course. You get the idea.
