I've been doing this lately. Does this qualify as a meal replacement?

1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop whey isolate
5 grams fish fat (capsules)

So it's 38g protein, 15g carbs, 6 grams fat, all good fat. Adjust quantity depending on how big you are/what your caloric needs are of course. You get the idea.
 
Anything you put in your stomach with the intent of offering nutrition is a meal.

My only concern is ths fish fat.........is it ultra purified? Go with olive oil or coconut oil

just because you don't put it on a plate and cut it up with a knife and fork doesen't mean it's not a meal. but i have to agree with phil on the fish oil. alot of fish oil is proving to be contaminated with toxins. my choice would be coconut oil.

Its a small meal,,,so either a snack or a meal.
 
How often do you eat this?

In between my whole food meals, of which I usually only have 2-3. I use the shakes/fish oil capsules twice a day. I think I will switch to coconut oil though.
 
Coconut oil is MAD expencive...... EVOO is fine.
