Hey guys.. i was looking for some help.. im going to post my diet plan on here and i was wondering if you guys could give me some input.
Im currently 6ft 1inch, 185pounds, and 12-14% bodyfat.
goal is to reach 210pounds and keep the body fat at 12%.
with this diet im also taking vitamin C, vitamin B, milk thistle, Zinc supplements
Meal 1
6 eggs (2 whole, 4 whites)
4 Weetabix with 400ml skimmed milk
1 banana
1 flaxseed capsule
Meal 2
250g Brown rice
250g chicken breast
20g brocolli
125g yoghurt
1 flaxseed capsule
Meal 3
150g pasta (uncooked weight)
1 can of tuna
1banana
Handful of cashew nuts
Meal 4
100g oats with 400ml skimmed milk
25g Whey protein
1 banana
postworkout
50g Whey protein
50g Dextrose
Meal 5
250g Brown rice
250g chicken breast
