Liver Enzymes after 2yrs on 17aa
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey guys, I hardly ever post, but I have been reading the forum everyday for 4-5 years now. Anyway please no flames about my cycle as I am national level competitive bodybuilder and have one of the "gurus" of the sport doing all my "supplementation" for me. I also weigh around 295-300lbs in the offseason at 6'0 tall. I won't list specifics, but I usually take around 2g oils per week, 100mg orals per week, 25mcg T3 5 days per week, and 6iu GH per day. I have not been off any of these for around 2 years. My nutritionalist decided that I needed a break and I have been off the orals for around 4 months now, and the oils for around a month and a half. I take liv 52, milk thistle, and cranberry extract, and some other vitamins and minerals 2 times per day. I just got my blood work done yesterday and these are the results I am concerned about:
LR AST 102
LR ALT 115
My LR Alk Phos (which my doc said is the one the best signs of liver damage if it is elevated) was Good at 112
My TSH 5.870
My questions are is there anything else you guys have taken that you know have lowered your liver enzymes?
and
Since my TSH is elevated that means my thyroid levels would be low, right? So is there something I can take to help that you guys have tried?
Thanks for the help
