Dude - It would probably cost more to make fake amps than to fake the test. Test is so damn cheap to make, it's really pointless to scam it.

I'm sure the test is real.. any one filling amps with oil these days is crazy, test cost more than the amps some times, which is why brands like IP double fill them to save $.
