I was surprised at how cool of a guy Johnnie is. I had a lot of respect for him after this episode for being as down to earth as he is.

Johnnie basically takes a gay black kid in small town texas from 110 lbs to a powerlifting meet in 7 weeks.

If that kid knew how to get mean enough before a lift, he could've pulled 300lbs at a bodyweight of 120.

And that's after 7 weeks of training for the FIRST fucking time at 16/17/whatever his age is.

I was thinking the same thing. Even laughing and smiling he pulled 250 pretty easily.
