Got my 2bottles yesterday and shot both outerheads and today I shot both inner heads. My bi's are so damn sore. Im using a 25g 1" pin. I've never used aas in my bi's only b12 which was painless, but this hurts. Today in my right inner head I think when the needle was about 3/4down I hit a nerve or something cuz my bi twiched and I had to pull the pin out really quick. No noticeable gains yet.

1cc in each head for the first 10day alternating heads. Example day one-1cc in both outer heads day 2- 1cc in both inner heads
then 2cc's for 10days and then 3cc's for 10-20days.
