nosmas, nosmas, nosmas.... LOL! You're going to be alright. It looks like you have a lot of support and a lot of people who genuinely care for you. You need to do this for yourself but you owe to them as well. And me too! I have been stern with you no doubt but that's only because I don't bullshit people. I don't think people like to be bullshitted anyway even if it's not what they want to hear.

I really wish you the best and in no such condescending way whatsoever, I have to say that I'm proud of you.

I can not believe you said you are proud of me. I sat hear and looked at the screen for some time. I never thought I would hear you say something like that to me. No way do I take that as condescending. Your not the type to be that way anyway. I dont even know what to say. Maby thats the best response...just shut up and do it...
I also thank you because the subject matter of my experiences do not belong on this forum or board. This is a BODYBUILDING forum and certain issues and problems need to be addressed by professionals and not discussed on this board. bro remember what we talked about. if you cant go cold turkey its ok. suboxone. google it. it works like methadone but no sides. no sleepy feeling and you think clear on it. and it has naltraxone in it so if you use on it you get rel sick. plus its easier to come off than methadone. you are gonna be sick for a while and long term recovery is what you are after. right now might not be the best time to go off cuz you are not to stable. check out the suboxone, it can be perscribed....no clinic needed, just a pill every day. much better than those daily doses that may ware of to fast. the methatdone detoxes are bad and are gonna hit you hard. even if you are in the best frame of mind its very hard to get through. when yo get through it though.....theres no better feeling of acomplishment. its the highway to hell and back but YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
