Karachi sust usually 1.3+ml's per amp?

Are the karachi sust amp's normally 1.3+ml's per amp? There's quite a difference in the amount of gear between the nile amps and the karachi amps.

most of the nile amps i've seen were underfilled at 0.75-.85 ml

normally producers will fill an extra .2-.3ml so people can aspirate and sill get the 250mg/amp but some karachis are under the line in terms of how much you get/amp...alex
