Karbolyn or Vitargo

Hey guys. I have access to both these products for about the same price. For POST-work out only, which one is more beneficial, faster digesting, provides a bigger insulin spike and would replenish glycogen levels faster?

I am not a fan of Dextrose, Malo or Waxy.

Karbolyn.

They both get the job done but vitargo has a bitter taste, mixes like shit, and that's about it.

Karbolyn tastes WAY better, mixes amazingly, and it's not vitargo.

Using Glycofuse currently and love it. I prefer the orange/mango flavor. I have been mixing it with TN orange flavored hydrolyzed casein.

karboload...they are all the same thing. Karboload is just like karbolyn except it is way cheaper but order by big amounts because TN's shipping is not cheap.


Shelby and John use peptopro in their intra-workout with their karboload and when I tried it, it made a good amount of difference.

glycofuse mixes poorly....karbolyn dissolves pretty easy. Wish that TN shipping rate was cheaper I would try their karboload.

heard good things about glycofuse but vitargo is my go to but in all honesty gatorade powder for most cost efficient, 100% pure apple juice, cranberry or pineapple juice for the vitimins and digestibility

last 3 only if using slin will be just as effective as vitargo without slin then vitargo cant be beat

They arent the same. Osmolality and prices are different. Cant speak for Shelby, but John uses cyclic dextrin now.

John has an article I think floating around about his new supplements that include cyclic dextrins. He talks about how great they are and how lean he stays. I think it was titled something like "how I got ready for a show without knowing it."

Mike Arnold has also mentioned Mutant now has cyclic dextrin in his protocol as well now.

However, second choice would be orange karbolyn..it does taste amazing.
