I have two answers:

1) start training like a powerlifter. Powerlifters are dense and thick, and their muscles don't really unpump like bodybuilders.

2) perform isometric contractions as often as possible throughout the day. This may actually aid in recovery as well, as the muscle will be filled with a full supply of blood at all times.

I think you have to eat perfectly for u, and be well hydrated

Im a natural (well should I say "clean" for over 3 years).

One amino I've been researching is Taurine.

One effect of Taurine with some VitB6 it dilates blood vessels and increases natural NO levels. Im sure androgens and tons of water work well, bnut thats not my area. Taurine dosing helps, me at least, keep a pump.

Another combo to look into is an ALA/ALCAR combo. Keep those muscles full of water and voluminized with the good stuff.

A good clean diet that works for you was stated and that's a good idea, along with alot of H2O, and one that many don't like flexability. I notice I look or at least feel better during the season when I do alot of stretching. I think there's alot to it that many over look. But generally a clean meal plan and anaerobic/aerobic (sp) activity will keep you hard.

Hey bro, I see you (and others) post alot about taurine. I'm gonna do some looking into it...:D :confused: :p

I have been doing the AnrdoDerm patches or the past 2 weeks and they seem to help keep the Nitrogen levels up all day. Of course the constant feeding of d-bol, water and food thru the day helps too.
