Knee injury. Need advice. Add deca?

Few weeks ago went too deep on squats and felt a pain in right knee. Like an idiot I kept going and then wrapped up and did a heavier set b/c the pain wasnt too bad. Later that night and the next few days it was really sore, like when driving and it was bent for a while and then unbent it, it hurt. Its right on the lower part of the patella. Like where the bone meets the tibia. I've had this happen before when I was younger and just toughed it out and it eventually went away. So i took a week off legs and then a few days ago did legpress and it was ok until I started going really really heavy, so i backed down and more reps. Today I did squats again, lighter than normal and it wasnt bad either but the prob is its not going away completely. The best way to describe the pain is a bruised feeling. Like if I push on it or bump it into something its like hitting a bruised bone. Is rest and time off my only option here? How effective will deca be at fixing this, and if so whats the min I can use to help it? Like 100mg? Thanks guys.
 
alot of ppl talk about deca being good for your joints and i agree i notice it helps but is there any proof or data to back up why it does this. alot of ppl ask me why does it help your joints? does it help to release some jenovial fliud and how does it trigger that.
 
Not sure how reliable this data is, but I saw this on another board and thought it might be helpful:

"Deca, Equipoise, Anavar, and Primobolan will ALL increase skeletal muscle while at the same time dramatically increase collagen synthesis and bone mass and density, leaving you with a substantially reduced chance of becoming injured than if you choose to use AAS like sus, cyp, or enth.

Increasing collagen synthesis while also increasing collagen cross-linking integrity, makes for much stronger tendons.

Deca @ 3 mg/kg a week(about 270 mg/wk for a 200 lb male) will increase procollagen III levels by 270% by week 2. Procollagen III is a primary indicator used to determine the rate of collagen syn. As you can see, deca is a very good drug at giving you everything you want -- an increase in collagen syn, an increase in skeletal muscle, and increases in bone mass and density. The one thing it does not give you is wood :)

Primobolan, @ 5 mg/kg, will increase collagen synthesis by roughly 180% -- less than deca and equipoise but still substantial.

Equipoise @ 3 mg/kg will increase procollagen III by approximately 340% -- slightly better than deca.

IMO EQ is better than Deca for joint support and great along side Test. Also the EQ will increase your appetite and still able you to get your little soldier onto the battle field lol"
 
You don't need more drugs to fix this problem. You over did it a bit and need to stretch and ice. Maybe look into some ART therapy and you'll be good. No need to stick another chemical in your body for an injury.
 
Sounds like you need more rest and ease youself back into it. Has anyone looked at it yet, what did the doctor say.

Deca is well know for its possitve effect on joints, I have heard stories of non lifters using deca to clear up injurys with great effect when all else has failed barr sugurey.
 
Iceing after training, proper warm up (stretch, bike 5mins) and a good daily dosing of glucosamine condroitin helps a lot!
 
In my exp, deca was the best ever for joint repair. Even far greater then EQ.

The price was an awful recovery. I ran deca at 800mg/week and my knees and shoulders felt like I was 18 again, but now I'm on my second PCT since September.
 
No doctor. Dont have the time or $ for that now, plus its not a bad injury. I talked to a friend who was a chiro and he said its probably some tendonitis, and it just needs rest. I just wanted to know if deca was really gonna help or not.
 
Deca = wonder drug (for me).

I experienced the damn near the same thing before.

I've used Deca in the past to help with injuries.

Injured my left knee, walked with a pronouced limp for a couple weeks. Deca fixed it.

Injured right wrist, Deca fixed it.

Also, the first time I cycled using Deca, a nagging shoulder injury I had for 15 years disappeared.

In all of these cases, the relief of those injuries was permanent and no symptoms ever reappeared upon discontinuing the drug.

Funny thing, the last two times I used Deca to help with injuries I used it at 50mgs/wk for 6 weeks (yep, only 50).

I probably won't cycle Deca ever again (I like just plain old test), but I'll damn sure use it in a heartbeat if I've injured something.

GH+ANAVAR+DECA+EQ is how i heal up usually and an array of natty supps
