i just want to get an idea of how much is needed. im sure there are more lba users on here. Need some input! so far what i have noticed is pumps and hardness in the gym.
3-4 Tablespoons a day when not dieting and 6-8 Tablespoons when dieting. Weight 250. So that's 15% if protein if i add up grams per day,but LBA suppose to be more concentrated source.
OK, I have heard they may be used for everything from 3-4 tablespoons 3 times a day between meals, 10 tablespoons before, 10 during and 10 after a weight training session, or use a couple servings with each meal. Personally, if I were you, and concerned about cost, I'd start with a few tablespoons a day, note any changes in results and go from there.
