How much do you weigh and how many servings do you take a day? also how much of your protein intake is from the lbas.
 
190 lbs, 'bout 6 oz a day, probably 20% daily protein intake.
 
i just want to get an idea of how much is needed. im sure there are more lba users on here. Need some input! so far what i have noticed is pumps and hardness in the gym.
 
I'm pretty sure there are at least three threads where Phil addresses this concern, jus sayin'.
 
I will let you know when mine arrives. I believe you should use it between your regular meals.
 
3-4 Tablespoons a day when not dieting and 6-8 Tablespoons when dieting. Weight 250. So that's 15% if protein if i add up grams per day,but LBA suppose to be more concentrated source.
 
OK, I have heard they may be used for everything from 3-4 tablespoons 3 times a day between meals, 10 tablespoons before, 10 during and 10 after a weight training session, or use a couple servings with each meal. Personally, if I were you, and concerned about cost, I'd start with a few tablespoons a day, note any changes in results and go from there.

wow 250 and only 8 tablespoons a day. maybe its not as bad as i thought. i saw some guys were downing half the bottle to a bottle a day.
 
Start off by drinking 5TBL LBA w/ water between meals. Or if you want to replace your protein source in a solid meal, use 7-10TBL LBAs.

right now about 8tbsp 4 times a day for my protein source with meals
 
Half bottle a day in between about 6 meals. I'm 5'9" 213lbs@9%. I've increased my budget and may start a bottle a day.They work well for me.:)

I usually have whey protein shake a day with raw milk as well. Rest is from foods.

I probably would use half a bottle a day though if I was trying to get shredded without loosing muscle.

im nowhere near 250. but my goal is to get alot leaner this year. im guessing 6oz a day would be plenty.
 
Man up- I'm 267lbs and use 6 tablespoons EVERYMEAL! :) But I'm sure no one wants to be like me
 
I just got mine today....was thinking they would taste horrible but the chocolate tastes like ice cream to me!!!

The Price of the LBA's are not bad....Its the shipping that cost the most.
