Still don't really understand if you know the "onset" of log (or whatever you use), then why not eat first and give it a moment to hit the blood.
I'll use a bonfire as an example.
1. Uses a pile of wood, then adds gas, then throws a piece of burning wood onto the pile from a safe distance.
2. Uses a pile of wood, then starts fire, then adds gas (which can run back up their body... not safer).
I'd rather use 1, personally. If there's a major benefit from pinning then eating please lmk. But since the goal is to have protein/glucose in the blood when the log hits, what's the difference.
Maybe I don't understand it. If I have something wrong here, then please lmk. Again, this is just a discussion. I'm trying to figure things out exactly like everyone else.
