For my first cycle. I want to gain more lean muscle than bulk. Also lose a little bf. Any help on a good cycle. Thinking maybe
300mg Primo a week
400mg Deca a week
150mg Winny a week
for 8 weeks. Any Ideas.
I would like to point you in another direction. This is your first cycle and why would you want to lean out on it? You body has virgin receptors. BUlk like there is no tomorrow on your first. Get cut on your 2nd cycle. You will be much happier with the results!
i think prop is a wasting of time here , testex (testosterone ciclopentilpropionato) sounds a lot better if U want to stay lean!
Deca is not needed IMO (his progestogenic activity make U store water), low fina dose are best (75-100mg /eod, fina has very low progest. activity). I think U want to make yourself hard and ripped so I say all IN or all OUT! If U want to become huge and ripped at the same time, U'll wast your time (or U'll go at Olympia and I'll be there to see U...)
i've read this is your first cycle... I think that U need more and more testosterone, so susta/deca stack is optimal for U! I was 17 when I did 3 testoviron /week for 8 week... I think 250mg sus + 200mg deca is ok for U! stay away from the tren for now...
That should be fine for a "Rookie". Fairly cheap cycle as well if you got hook up's with the right people.
I disagree with Sust, Deca and D-dol unless your trying to just bulk. Sust takes too long to kick in unless you Front Load them. Since you'd be shooting the Tren/Fina EOD, might as well shoot some Prop in there as well. Keeps Test levels high.
50mg of Winny isn't too "bad" on the liver, but it never hurts to take some protectants as well. Milk Thistle, Liv 52, cranberry, etc etc.
This cycle would also have low side effects for most people.
If you want just bulk, then this wouldn't be a cycle I'd start with.
IF your a little guy, I'd bulk first, 2nd cycle bulk again, and bulk again! No point in "cutting" unless your a "pretty boy" like a model, stripper or actually give a fuck what groupie gym chicks think.
Want to gain lean muscle, not bulk? So really you mean you want to get way less muscle of your 1st cycle than you are able. Dont waste that 1st cycle! Its being said by other guys here; and 'lean' is diet. Make your first cycle work. Do - enanthate/fina/EQ wks 1-6; prop/winny/primo wks 7-12.
