Although i don't believe in a "Lean cycle" as it's all in terms to your diet; we all know some products add more water to your frame than other do. So, with that in mind, here's what I'd choose:
Tren/Fina - 75-150mg EOD
Test Prop - 100mg EOD
Winny Tabs - 50mg/day
Eq - 400mg/week
That should be fine for a "Rookie". Fairly cheap cycle as well if you got hook up's with the right people.
I disagree with Sust, Deca and D-dol unless your trying to just bulk. Sust takes too long to kick in unless you Front Load them. Since you'd be shooting the Tren/Fina EOD, might as well shoot some Prop in there as well. Keeps Test levels high.
50mg of Winny isn't too "bad" on the liver, but it never hurts to take some protectants as well. Milk Thistle, Liv 52, cranberry, etc etc.
This cycle would also have low side effects for most people.
If you want just bulk, then this wouldn't be a cycle I'd start with.
IF your a little guy, I'd bulk first, 2nd cycle bulk again, and bulk again! No point in "cutting" unless your a "pretty boy" like a model, stripper or actually give a fuck what groupie gym chicks think.
