Was going but my girl has booked us a holiday in Surfers for my birthday followed by 2 weeks in Brisbane (looking for houses / jobs etc) as we're moving there from NZ at the end of the year.

since thiers soo many kiwis on this thread , the only good thing bout immigrating to aussie is the proximity to the pro show,( better take a cheap shot at the aussies otha wise i may lose my kiwi ship) lol

here are some lee at 4 weeks out from the ironman
if he come's in that shape or even better
the show will be hotttt
and with dwarfs-r-us (neil ) competing
it will show what us short guys can do
as im only 5'4 also

Its getting harder as time goes on For Lee to win or place high in big shows, its not all that hes getting worse, its just the competition is growing fast. Their are so many good bodybuilders out thier now. I just think Lees hit and passed his prime.

You're only one star on your flag away from becoming the newest Australian state! I'm thinking of moving to NZ just to get away from all the Kiwis here! Did you know NZ has the largest proportion of its population living outside of the country in the whole world? Even WITH all those sheep and the great fush and chups.

I REALLLLLLLLLY REAAAALLLLLY wanted to go to the show this year, but it's looking like a slim chance. Neil and the gang will put on a great show so anyone who can get there should get there. Some big blokes combined with typical Aussie laid-back attitudes will make for some fun I'm sure.

I know I'm biased Dave, but if you look at that last pic, by the time he comes in how is someone like Dex beating him in a front double bi? Points shouldn't be awarded for marketability or looking like Usher.

Priest smokes him and all the other guys his height for size and conditioning (most of the time), but somehow people are claiming Dex as the best thing going. I don't see it. Nor can I possibly see most pros packing on more size than him.

I agree though, I think his time may be going but it has NOTHING to do with him as a bbuilder and everything to do with marketing. The guy can't possibly do much more to perfect his body, yet he comes in "on" and guys with far more weaknesses than him get the nod. I can't understand it. IronMike
