Less than 2 weeks out....tips?

Getting down to the wire...feeling good about where I am physically.... mentally it's been tough. Being coached and liking what I see....was wondering if there are any last minute suggestions any competing members may offer....
I'm pretty proud of myself... decided in February to do this show...since then I've had 3 friends pass and recently found out my old man is Stage 4.....I've kept plugging away and hopefully it'll show on stage.... any advice or tips would be appreciated

LOL.... Nah... i've worked WAAAAY too hard to piss it away..... got me a few goodies and that'll be enough.....going on a cruise in September so that'll also keep me in check somewhat.

The last couple weeks are a mind fuck. Two weeks out you are at where you are at and there aint nothing you can do now. Don't listen to anyone else just listen to your coach he seems like he knows what hes doing.

Ditto on what Red said. Don't do that pre-contest as a carb up either lol. Carb up on stuff you are use to.

Great physique ... What is your strategy raising cals carbs into the show or maintaining? How long was the diet and how many cals are u consuming
