NOT THAT MUCH, JUST ALITTLE IN THE LOWER ABS WHEN HITTING THE MOST MUSCULAR SHOTS AND SOME ON THE LOVE HANDLES HITTING THE REAR DOULBLE BI'S.... OTHER THAN THAT, I NORMALLY USE BIKINI BITE AND THAT DOES THE TRICK!!

Wouldn't have worked with the Prep H from the states bc the FDA took out the Bio-dyne which would be the active ingredient that helps remove water from the hemmorhoid. You'd have to get it from Canada.

Hi y'all,
I'm new here and this is my first post. I am not a body builder but I am a woman who works out and managed a gym in the past. I joined PM to get some work-out tips and gear info as I have had a thyroid problem and some other stuff going on. I had to respond about the loose skin. Laser treatment will fix it and the results last. You will want the treatment that does not burn the skin. I think either a Fraxel or Titan laser is the way to go. It may make the skin red for a couple of days but it continues to tighten for months after the treatment so it wouldn 't have to be done the day before event. It can be pricey but there are clinics that run specials all the time. I would suggest a cosmetic dermatologist or a laser clinic with a good reputation. Hope this helps.

If you did not get it from Canada it wont do shit. Do a search for glucagon injections they work. My advice, just do shows and get as lean as possible when avoiding massive off season fat gain.
