a week ago i noticed that my left glute had a bulge in it that my right did not. I tried rolling it out on a hard roller at the gym, but it had no effect. I have no pain from it, no fever, nothing that leads me to believe it's an infection or anything dangerous.

is it possible this is an abscess of some sort? will it dissipate by itself? Should i try to drain the area?<not something i want to do> It's a decent size, when i flex the muscle and push hard into it i still get no pain but there's def something there, and i don't really want a lumped butt. I notice it when i wear a business suit and that i dont like.

tips from experienced members are truly appreciated. I am super clean when i inject and always aspirate(except for one time, but i think it was the other side, i think, but that was many weeks ago). running oxide&sciroxx gear, never put more then 3cc into that area in one inj. and always rotate sites.

In all honesty it just sounds like build up to me. Could be scar tissue. Have some one massage it or massage it yourself.

Dont hit that for a few weeks rotate to other sites. Should help. I had the same issue.

YouTube - Cressey Performance Foam Roller Series

Try this. It supposedly helps a great deal with scar tissue or buildups and a foam roller/tennis ball combo will only cost you about $15. This stuff is good to have around for pre-workouts anyway (helps prevent injury), but you'll look like a prat doing this in most gyms.

Pooling of oil or crystalization. Bottom line. No fever = no infection. Monitor the site for warmth comming off of it and redness around it. Watch it closely for 5-7dsys. U should be fine.

thanks for the input guys, i actually use basically a roller like that. Either a hard foam one or the solid tube with cushion wrap(extra hard), will continue to roll it out as frequently as possible and just monitor it.
