lumps behind nipple and puffiness

ok ive been on about 500mg test every week or every 5 days (switched to testoviron a couple weeks ago) this is like my 8th week, i took around 40mg dbol naps for almost 6 weeks. i barely even used arimidex the entire time because i didnt bloat much or ever have gyno problems whatsoever. this is the first time i have done a REAL cycle, meaning longer than like a month without quitting. its because i have a good job and i have alot of test e.

so lately ive been noticing when taking off my shirts or a-shirts, when i accidentally touch my nipples, they felt kinda sore or something, then just recently i really felt them and i have a lump behind both of them and they are somewhat sore ONLY when i touch them AND i can see a slight puffiness around the nipple. never did they itch or anything. i have liquid arim, liquid femara, and nolva caps. i started taking arim .25mg eod or now i guess it will be .5 eod. i took some femara today, maybe less than 1mg, and i started nolvadex like 2 days ago at 40mg. today i took 60mg. it isnt better, prolly too soon. but i hope that my nolv is real because i dont want gyno. if its fake, ill drive to mexico and get some real nolva but im sure the arim and femara together will kill the lumps anyway. i dont know if my nolv is fake or not, i doubt its fake. also i finished the dbol about 2 weeks ago.

so should this combat it? im still going to take my 500mg test every 5 days as im sure it was the dbol that did it and by being stupid and not taking my arimidex eod.

Here the way I see things:
Letrozole and anastrozole are aromatase inhibitors and prevent test from aromatizing to estrogen, which has ALREADY happened to you. That estrogen "can" attach to receptors, which did in your case, to your breast tissue. There are remote cases to say differently, but if you have SENSITIVE (not ITCHY) nips, these will not help as you already have too much estrogen in your system.

Nolva prevents estrogen from attaching to receptor sites. I would take 50mg ED until symtoms cease. I would also quit taking test as I prefer to not wear a bra. If you continue with test you need use let or ana to prevent further aromatization.

Really - I have some exemestane on hand just in case I get in a situation as you. I really don't know but think this is the strongest stuff to help with the problem.

all kinda depends on your body my man. i get lumps the size of my thumb everytime i do a cycle and letrozole knocks them out everytime. i have a complicated formula that i have found works. if interested in hearing it let me know

sure. why not? it seems the soreness went away but the lumps are still there. im not really worried. i just dont want to drive my estro too low. i already look like i lost so much of that pumped look from using too many anti e's, especially after coming off dbol about 2 weeks ago. and soon im going to get on again but i wont be doing 40mg, more like 20-25mg.

Not sure why guys think estrogen really does anything beneficial (this has been argued ad nauseum). Nolva WIL NOT reduce the amount of free estrogen in your system! It will only attach itself to the receptor sites. Read this good info:
