Pretty good interview with Lyle McDonald on training schemes, volume vs failure, DC Training to a bit, weight gains from post-puberty, etc. Was interviewed on the Dr. Dave Maconi podcast again. Thought he pretty much agreed with DC on a lot, outside of a few semantic stuff. Now, of course, training is specific for goals, which I don't want to leave out...one training type is not universal for all.
