making your own protein fudge bar

2 scoops protein
1/2 packet choc sugar free jello pudding mix
1 big tbsp of peanut butter warmed up a little
2 tbsp hershey unsweetened choc powder
2tbsp of choc chips

mix everything in a bowl, add vanilla unsweet almond milk till its like a fudge mixture. put on wax paper....flatten it out, wrap and put in the freezer . you will be loving this !

ya u could add chopped almonds. pudding is basically twenty cals. its nothing in it really. to sweeten it a little more add stevia like 4 packets and u can make up for the choc chips

u can also add a couple packets of stevia to sweeten it more. i do this sometimes as well.
