Its kind of like the eggs and cottage cheese recipe. But what i do i take either white or red potatoes. Cut them up and boil them in water until very soft. witha small amount of water still in the bowl i mash them and add cottage cheese. Mix it all together and let the water evaporate off. Then just flavor to taste. i ussually just add some creole powder. Its a good mix of protein, carbs and a small amount of good fats. Sometime i will add a couple tbs. of olive oil for taste and the healthy fats.
