Massive Bulk Cycle/Diet....input?

If you've read any of my posts before, you'll know that due to blood testing by my Dr. for my Testosterone Replacement...I really only have an 8 week window to do a cycle. I MAY have 10-12 weeks if she gives me 6 months til I see her....but going on having 12 weeks...here is my 8 week cycle and diet plan. I know some of you will have differing opinions on 8wk cycles and long esters....but I'm interested to hear both sides.

After reading A LOT of DC info about training/diet...I decided I haven't been eating NEARLY enough or training hard enough.

Diet: 4,500cals
Pro: 500g (300g from shakes, 200g from tuna/chicken/beef, etc)
Carb: 400g (rice,potatoes,pasta,oats)
Fat: 100g (EFA's)
Water: 1.5gal/day

Cycle: 8 weeks (probably)
Weeks 1-8: Test Prop 300mg/wk
Weeks 1-8: EQ 400mg/wk (800mg frontload)
Weeks 1-6: Tren Ace 75mg EOD
Weeks 1-8: Arimidex .5 ED
Weeks 1-8: Nolva 10mg ED
PCT: (debateable as I'm a "lifer"...probably nolva/A-dex for 3-4wks)

MIGHT do the Tren last 6 wks instead of first 6...any input on this?

Goal: 20-30lbs (mostly lean)
 
I would make some slight changes in my diet if I were you... your ratios are off... almost 50% (if 500 g) of your cals from protein... not the best way to gain weight. Eat more carbs and up your fats too.
BTW, what are your stats?

No need for the nolva during your cycle if you already take adex. Keep it for pct.

Hmm...think so? I guess test is the only aromatizing compound...so I probably will be ok. As far as the protein...I might do 400 and slightly more fat from EFA's. 400 is the minium though ...this time around.
 
I have edited my original post so that the new one is more precise:cool:

EFA's are omegas... if you already take enough you should rather up monoinsaturated fats.
 
what is your bodyweight? I agree whith phi, the protien seems a bit high, unless you are 280+lbs I would not recccomend it. I would rather raise the carbs and fats (good fats) youl feel so much better and wont be chocking down all the protien,

what sources are you gettin the pro from?

how much do you weigh?? let me give ya a lil advice.. when reading stuff from DC please remember this, Dante works with a lot of national level and pro guys and a lot of general info that he puts out is for ADVANCED trainees, so please remember that and if your interested in dante's way then you might wanna try and hire him to help you so he can give you a plan designed specificaly for YOU!

As b-boy said, you might want to hire DC if you're interested in his training and diet methods. That looks like a lot of food and it will only make you fat (ofcourse, with muscle mass). 20-30 mostly lean lbs in 8 weeks isn't a realistic goal. your body can't build muscle that fast. 1 lb of lean body mass per week is a more realistic goal, which leaves you with around 8 lbs of LEAN mass in that peroid. if you don't think that's a lot of muscle, go buy yourself 8 lbs of lean steak, then you'll know how much 8 lbs of lean mass really is.

I'm aware of how much that is. 30 is a stretch, but 20 has been done before and is realistic if everything is extremely strict. The water/fat gain on Tren and EQ should be extremely low if diet is clean.

Anyway. I've been training for 7 years. I've gone from 117 to 185...then down to 150..then 180...then 155 then 175. I've gone up and down SEVERAL times to gain muscle and lose fat and always ended up just slightly more muscular/stronger than before. I found out about 4 months ago that my testosterone TOTAL was 51ng/dl! It turns out there is a tumor in my pituitary gland causing this. So...the Dr. said this explains why I've had a hard time keeping muscle during dieting and building muscle without fat...during bulking. My estrogen was A LOT higher than my test so I've been at a disadvantage for "5-6 years" according to the Doc.

I dieted down and lost muscle again...got to:
135 at about 7%
Height: 5' 6.5"
Wrist: 6.5"
Waist: 26 3/4"
Chest: 41"
Arms: 13.5"
Forearms: 12"
Quads: 21"
Calves: 14"

NOW....in the past 4 months I've gotten to:
165ish at 10%
Height: 5' 6.5"
Wrist: 6.5"
Waist: 30.5"
Chest 45"
Arms: 15"
Forearms: 13 1/4"
Quads: 25"
Calves: 15.5"

For the person who asked about protein sources: Isolate, Concentrate, Egg whites, Tuna, Chicken, Lean Beef, Turkey, Salmon. My diet contains no foods with added sugars (plain oats...etc). Sodium will also be kept low and carbs will be cut at 7pm. The foods are not a concern...I'm just playing with the ratios. In the past I would do 55% carbs, 30% protein, 15% fat for bulking and got good results as protein storage increases when carbs(nitrogen) go up. HOWEVER....I thought I'd try the DC diet guidelines for an experiment.

If you plan on flaming me for doing a cycle, save it. My HPTA is already screwed as it is...and I can't make gains "naturally" anymore because I'm on steroids for life. Therefore...I have nothing to lose from this. The key in my situation is to take moderate amounts that produce results...and focus on diet/training MORE instead of taking large amounts of anabolics that would cause me to have to increase dosages and waste money later on. As far as training...I know what I'm doing. At 176lbs last year I was benching 320 x 9, squatting 300 x 20, deadlifting 295 x 20 and leg pressing 1015 x 18. So...I know how to train to get results for MY body. I just have to get my anabolics and protein/carb ratios tweaked. The DC training is an experiment also.

You're right...I should hire DC if I want a specific plan.

You're right...I should hire DC if I want a specific plan.

I do not, in any way, mean to flame you or anything of that sort. but, if you have a tumor and you want to go on "above natural" AAS dosages, i'd advise you to discuss that with your doctor. I don't have any references that prove tumor growth with increased hormone levels, but i've heard about it before, and it's not something anyone would want to mess with. I know how it is in the US with health insurance and all if you want to discuss this with your doc, but try to keep it off the record if there is a way. Other bros might have more experience in that matter than i do.

Other than that, your stats are great for your bodyweight and height (i'm close to your height, 5'7) and you're very powerful... so, yes, you look like you know what you're doing. but trust me, it's not like being trained by someone else. Phil has been helping me with my diet and training for the past 10 weeks and i've had the best results in my life!! (he got me 1st place in the LHW class 2 weeks ago). So, yes. Hire DC or phil and you will pleased with the results.

From everything I've read (A LOT...60+ hours on tumor growth in the past few months)....AAS does not cause tumor growth. GH and certain GH fragments DO...so I will never play with GH or IGF-1 just in case. MGF...still have to do more research on that.

I absolutely cannot discuss this with my doctor for reasons I will not state at this time. It's not worth the risk to me.

Yeah...I'm sure hiring DC or Phil would work better than training alone. I'm putting my $ towards supplements/protein/food right now though.
