Maybe I can help a little,
First off you want to be taking in an more calcium, and phosphorus. You can also supplement with Vit. D, but if you eat enough fish or stay out in the sun(if you dont know the sun stimulates the body to produce vit. D) for a while your body should have enough vitamin D.
Calcium and phosphorus are essential for strongbones, while if you take in vitamin D it helps with metabolizing these two key vitamins.
Another thing you can do is SLIGHTLY move your shoulder back and fourth. Which will actually help the healing process go a little quicker. It might seem like a bad idea but the slight movements do help stimulate the bone growth... Please do not be excessive in these motions though.
Other than that sir, you cant really do much of anything else, in that your osteo blasts have more than tripled in amount in that area and are working very hard to get the structure of your bone back into shape, your body will have it straightened out in about 6-8 weeks possibly earlier depending on your age.
Please remember though for the next year there will be quite a large amount of calice around the bone, and while this may seem great, it could actually do more harm than good if you injure yourself the same way you did before. Because if you do chances are your collarbone will not break but chances are greater that your body will suffer a different type of internal trauma.
The reason I say this is that you may not realize it but the bones are sort of a defense mechanism in themselves. The reason they break, is actually to prevent severe bodily injury, I know you think that there could not be many things worse than a break but I assure you there are! Especially when your dealing with something that obviously had enough force to break the bone in the first place.
So please make sure you get enough of these nutrients while, and please be careful. Its going to take times, there is really no way to get more cells to work on your broken bone, however the surplus of nutrients will help, things go along faster, and smoother.
