MaxPower Lifting Training 3 sets of 3-5 reps progressively adding weight to burn out @ 3 reps. (For 2-4 weeks) These are some of the main lifts I am doing. I will be doing variations of each as well. I am on my HRT- Test undecanoate 75mg weekly(750mg e10weeks), 4iu gh split daily , 25mg Provi split daily , 100mg nandrolone Decanoate weekly.

I am working on building strength and power for the next few weeks. I will start my bodybuilding program when I start my cycle.

Today was very busy indeed. I am going to travel to Chi-town for 4 days soon. Pretty excited, they have some of the best food in the US. Anyway, all is good, my strength and weight are going up as I increased my calories(about 100kcals eod). I am glad I am being helped out with my technique, you really forget and don’t remember the proper way to do the lifts safely! Practice is something I need to keep up on with (the whole of Bodybuilding).

I am eating a lot of chicken thighs, steak, fresh fruit ! I missed out eating them when dieting and THIGHS(grilled are the best!) IMO. Here are some of my go to meals/snacks. The soft tacos are mixed grill: fish, shrimp, chicken, and steak!! Delicious! So I had a noice Home Session ! Inspired me to order the rest of the Attachments I needed. I have been eating really good, clean food while raising my kcals! But, my girl got sick(just a cold: we tested) so I had to make her my Irish Potato-Leek Soup but, I added Bacon & Kale(it’s healthy😁). Added some Gluten free bread for her. I have to say...it was absolutely delicious! I am not a big Soup & Bread fan...at all! I think I changed my own mind ! I added 40g post cooked protein from chicken breast shredded in mine, of course . I ate a massive bowl with about 80 carbs worth of potatoes and a ton on garlic/leeks/kale/onions/Fresh herbs ; it lasted all of 5minutes but, What a great easy way of Getting your calories ! I had real Italian Sourdough Ciabatta Bread w mine all crisp & warm. I can say that, if you make this for your woman, you will get major Brownie Points!👍 She was very happy. Good to be home. Made some Lamb-Feta Bugers w Avocado and grilled Naan , Green Apples w Tajin! Mmm. Nice volume of calories too! Gotta hit some cardio ! Just an updated pic . I am just on my HRT, waiting just about 2 weeks and I will start my “ MaxSys2.0 CyborLog “ I am at 208-211 and Plan to hit 235-240 for my bulk as I am transitioning into Classic . My maximum weight for my Class is 197lbs. I will come in 197 on the dot and be sub 3-4%. I will make sure my triceps are striated and a full chest all fibered out :)

Almost finished with my Olympic Lifts program and I get to start my bulk. Excited!! Going to be a little old school mixed with New ! The most difficult part is the prepping of all the food to have all my own meals/snacks/powder mixes with me for work. I’ll be posting up my best tips and BB meals for guys who work a lot, on the road, out at a job site, etc. Kicking ass, sitting at 214 and feel good. Joints have gotten stronger for sure(My main reason I did this program while off).

•So, finishing my last few powerlifting workouts!! I feel really strong and gained some great balance and technique. If you have a problem eating or gaining weight; possibly due to using orals, lifting 5-6 days a week, or just a Hard Gainer(ectomorph-any age). I highly would highly encourage the individual to try this workout or hire a professional to teach you the Olympic Powerlifting Lifts similar to the above 3x a week while off 4 days a week. Light cardio with smaller areas: Gastroc-Soleus/abs-obliques-serratus/forearm muscles can be done on the “off days”. You possibly gain 10-15lbs(w/o blasting). The intense, highly explosive lifts raise up all your natural hormone levels and I personally noticed how it increased my appetite. Plus, you have a lot of rest days which is awesome! Just for a month or longer(if still gaining). Made this meal just didn’t cook the whole Birds, but made enough to make 6 extra meal packs)

Persian Golden Crust Rice with Persian (Iranian)Chicken, Homemade Pita Made on my “Comal”; use normally for Corn or Flour Tortillas. Tzatziki w Feta (Cabots Whole or Oikos High-Protein Greek Yogurt is phenomal), Israeli Salad, side of Kalamata Olives. The “Golden Crust Rice” is hard to make technically, so I make two of my Largest pans(completely worth it). You can look up on a search. I use a high quality Basmati”Buttered Popcorn” Rice(exact brand pictured) it has that exact smell when opened and it is naturally occurring attribute. Sooo good...especially when you do the flip of the pan and it is perfectly crisp crust outside and the buttery-Saffron golden color. Enjoy your Sunday. Had a family member in the hospital for a neuro surgery. So, with work, training, and being @ the hospital; sleep has been a luxury. Hopefully released today! I been going hard and my new MaxSys2.0 CyborBulk will start Monday. They had a trailer parked by the hospital and I followed the scent and smoke 💨! So, I have been working a lot and so has my girl. I have been putting on the muscle! I start on Monday and just have had extra family duties. I can give you a hint that it has my two favorites !! It is going to be a fun one and I have been so mentally ready, which is important, especially when your girl/mate wears stuff like this to work for day & night work! Lol

I am sure it would bug some people but, in turn; I kinda have the same situation in being around nude and half nude women too. These smaller gigs come up and pay too damn good to pass up! Luckily, things are going awesome. Family member is OTW home so, no more hospitals. Woo-Hoo. Been eating a lot of Bison, Lamb, and Fish! I am gonna just have some turkey burgers, Cottage cheese, and I have Sticky Calrose rice that I’ll add to the pan. Back to the Gym tonight to finish up some leg work!
