I have been reading on another board about eating your first meal after your morning cardio. Some are saying that you should wait at least 30-60 minutes b/c you are still in a fat-burning mode.
Someone else stated that they drink a protein shake with L-glutamine, L-carnitine and BCAA's BEFORE they do cardio. (So they don't burn muscle.)
Just curious what you guys thought about this.
