Damn I haven't seen that stuff around in ages! I miss it so bad! All local stores just stopped carrying it.

i LOVE milk:love:
It grosses my wife out when i chug it like water lol
When i am at home i usually have it with every meal. i will have to try some of these mentioned and mix it up, maybe find one i like that has less calories.:)

Post workout I just had 2 scoops of synthepure in water then a big bowl of 5 grain cheerios with coconut milk. The Alpro coconut orginal milk is only 20 cals per 100ml. Minimal bloat and well over 100g carbs from the cereal. None of them taste like dairy milk so you may have to get used to the taste but after searching for a replacement that actually tasted nice (most don't) I am made up with coconut milk. I enjoy it by itself as well but realize coconut isn't for everyone. I would definitely try that one first. Then maybe almond or cashew.

I like both Alpro Almond Original and Unsweetened milks. Although for taste the original is much better. Even with the added sugar it's still only 24 calories per 100ml whereas the unsweetened version is 13 calories. I should also give another mention about the oat original as I really started enjoying that one. That contains more calories (42 per 100ml) but is a nice alternative. Moving forward I think as I diet I will stick to coconut and almond.

Love almond milk, but thanks to this thread, I decided to try cashew milk; Silk brand, unsweetened. Had a pretty typical carb refeed, so used it with my favorite cereal (cinnamon Toast crunch and chocolate crunch!) on those days. Pretty damn good!

I shit like a horse for two days. Guess it doesn't agree with me. Bummer :/ I can't think of anything else that would've caused it. Sucks because I really did like it. Oh well, guess I'll be trying a few of these others!

I switched to this milk here in the states about 6 months ago. It's really helped me cut back on my carbs as I drink a lot of milk.
The taste is pretty good too.
Sorry about the double pic. Not sure why it did that?..

The downside to these alternatives is price and that they don't pack as much calories as cow's milk, which is unfortunate if someone is trying to gain weight.

I love unsweetened almond milk. I drink it as is out of a glass, with cereal, and mix all my protein shakes with it and water. Almond Breeze tastes the best and Silk is second to that. I tend to buy Silk more often only because more places carry it. Almond Breeze would be my number one, though.
Almond breeze is pretty delicious 😋

That's my problem. If I am eating I am drinking milk. The carbs were killing me.

I love milk. I drink a milk made by Finnish Valio
where there is a mild hydrolysis done on the protein, which they claim makes it easier to stomach. I don't
know if any other brands use this kind of technology.
I tolerate any milk well, but I just like the taste of this particular brand.
